What Our Lifetime Warranty Covers
The Jeverkart Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product:
Faulty Hardware
Faulty clasps, bails, hooks, or chains not caused by customer handling or damage.
Structural Defects
Metal breakage or weakness not resulting from impact, pressure, or misuse during production.
Stone Setting Defects
Stone loss due to a proven manufacturing defect in the setting — not customer handling.
If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, Jeverkart, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace the product free of charge.
What Is NOT Covered
This Lifetime Warranty applies strictly to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by normal use or external factors:
Normal Wear & Tear
Scratches, tarnishing, fading, bending, denting, or changes in shape.
Accidental Damage
Breakage due to impact, pressure, chemical exposure — perfumes, lotions, water, cleaning agents, pools.
Lost or Stolen Items
Items lost or stolen are not covered under any warranty clause.
Stone Damage or Loss
Stones chipped, loosened, or lost due to accidental impact or customer handling.
Third-Party Repairs
Any repair, resizing, alteration, or modification done by a jeweler other than Jeverkart will void the warranty.
Improper Storage
Damage resulting from improper storage or failure to follow the Jeverkart Care Guide.
