At Jeverkart, we operate strictly on an Exchange-Only Policy. We do not offer cash refunds, returns, or store credits under any circumstances. All sales are final, with exchanges permitted only under the conditions outlined below.

Exchange Eligibility & Time Frame

An exchange request will be accepted only if all the following criteria are met:

Detail Requirement
Time Frame Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Condition The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Packaging The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Tags All original tags, labels, and hygiene stickers must be intact and securely attached.
Ineligible Items Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or missing tags/packaging are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Options & Process

Customers may choose from the following exchange options:

Same Product

Exchange for a different size or color of the same product, subject to stock availability.

Product Upgrade

Exchange for a different product of equal or higher value.

Price Difference

If the new product is priced higher, the difference must be paid before dispatch.

Lesser Value

If the replacement product is of lower value, no refund or credit will be issued.

Provide your Order Number, the item you wish to exchange, and the replacement item you wish to receive.

Once approved, we will share the return shipping address and further instructions for completing the exchange.

Shipping Costs for Exchange

Shipping responsibilities during the exchange process are divided as follows:

Customer Pays

Shipping Back to Jeverkart

The customer bears the cost of shipping the original item back to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier service.

Jeverkart Pays

Shipping Exchanged Item to You

After inspection and approval, Jeverkart will cover the standard shipping cost of sending the exchanged product back to the customer.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please retain tracking details until the exchange is completed.
