We do not offer refunds, returns, or store credits under any circumstances. All purchases made on Jeverkart are final.

This policy helps us maintain product quality, hygiene standards, and fair pricing — especially for jewellery and fashion accessories.

Exchange Eligibility & Time Frame

An exchange request will be accepted only if all the following conditions are met:

Detail Requirement
Time Frame Exchange request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Product Condition Item must be completely unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Packaging & Tags Product must be returned in original packaging with all tags, labels, and stickers intact.
Ineligible Items Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or missing tags/packaging are not eligible for exchange.

Customers may choose from the following exchange options:

Same Product

Exchange for a different size or color of the same product, subject to stock availability.

Product Upgrade

Exchange for a different product of equal or higher value.

Price Difference

Costlier item: difference paid by customer before dispatch. Lower value: no refund or credit issued.

Shipping Costs for Exchange

Shipping responsibilities are divided as follows:

Sending item back to Jeverkart Customer Customer bears the cost of shipping the product back. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier service.
Sending exchanged item to customer Jeverkart Once the returned item is received and approved after inspection, Jeverkart will bear the standard shipping cost for dispatching the exchanged item.
