- Order cancelled successfully once confirmed
- Full cancellation not possible after dispatch
- For prepaid orders: shipping charges deducted
- Remaining amount refunded to original payment method
Refund Policy
No cash refunds for damaged products. In case a product is received damaged, Jeverkart will provide a replacement only, subject to verification.
- Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos
- Refunds are not applicable for exchange-only items
- Refunds not applicable for incorrect size or personal preference
- Refunds not applicable for wear and tear or misuse
Replacement Policy
If the product is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect:

Contact us within 24 hours with clear photos/videos of the damaged product.
Inspection
Our team will review and inspect the reported issue.
Return Original Packaging
Damaged product must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
Replacement Issued
Replacement dispatched after inspection. No cash refund or store credit provided.
Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount credited to the original payment method used at checkout
- Shipping charges deducted where applicable before processing
