Every jewellery order includes a Jewellery Care Guide — either printed inside the box or shared digitally.

Clear cleaning, storage, and maintenance instructions based on sterling silver, gold-plated jewellery, and gemstones.

Longevity & Care

Following care instructions is crucial. Damage due to neglect or improper care is not covered under warranty.

Limited Repair Warranty — 6 Months

Jeverkart offers a 6-month limited repair warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects only.

Coverage Includes

  • Defective stone settings due to manufacturing error
  • Faulty clasps, hooks, or chains
  • Structural defects arising during production

Exclusions

  • Accidents, misuse, or mishandling
  • Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, water, or cleaning agents
  • Normal wear and tear — scratches, tarnishing, bending, prong damage
  • Repairs or alterations by any jeweler other than Jeverkart

Shipping for Warranty Repairs: Customers are responsible for two-way shipping costs for all warranty repair submissions.

Non-Warranty Repairs

We are happy to assist with repairs even when the item falls outside the warranty period or is damaged due to regular use.

Repair services are available for wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues occurring after the 6-month warranty period. A nominal repair fee will be quoted after inspection, covering labor and material costs. Customers must bear two-way shipping costs.
